Plot[]
Tom and Edd lived in a house on a cliff, but the house fell into the ocean. This concept is introduced via a catchy theme tune. Edd makes many ocean themed puns as Tom panics, overly aware of the gravity of the situation. Edd goes to leave despite Tom yelling at him to not open the door. They both drown and are fished out by two police officers, who find a duck with a hat and declare it hilarious.
